1:Do Dumbell Curls:
1:You just Stand on your feet shoulder width apart
2:Hold dumbells in either your hands
3:Extend your Arms fully your palm turned in
4:Curl the dumbell to your chest
Do 6 to 8 reps and 2sets,increse sets after a week
if you dont have dumbells you use kettle balls or school bag
2:Do incline Dumbell Curls:
1:Sit on a Work chair as shown in upword pic.
2:Pace dumbell in your both hands
3:Do 6 to 8 Reps with dumbells
4:Do 2sets and increase sets on weekly bases
Do Chin Ups: 
1:Chin ups is better for your bod
2:Do 1set of Chin ups for beginner
3:The more you do will benfit the biceps
Do push ups:
1:Push ups is better for your all body
